Myth: “I know I can lose weight while I”m eating whatever I want to eat.”
Fact: To lose weight, you need to burn off more calories than you consume each day. Every day you can chose to eat whatever food you desire and still lose weight. You have to minimize the amount of calories you eat each day and/or add to your daily fitness activity. Portion control is the main thing. Work on eating less food and selecting foods that are low in calories.
Tip: When attempting to lose weight, you can eat some of your favorite foods — just make certain you carefully watch the total number of calories that you’re eating.
